Rodrígo Dell is a Brazilian public servant working at the intersection of public management, innovation, and technology.
As Strategic Coordinator for Public Management, Innovation, and Information Technology, he works with planning, governance, data, processes, digital transformation, infrastructure, and information security, connecting operational challenges to institutional decisions and capabilities. His career was built from within public administration, across administrative, operational, and strategic roles. @@He is the author of O Servidor Aumentado, the first volume in the IA na Gestão Pública series, in which he introduces the augmented public servant concept and Método Órion. In his work and writing, he argues that technology creates meaningful transformation only when it strengthens judgment, reduces dependence on improvisation, and leaves institutions better prepared to move forward.
