Rodrigo Bastos

Rodrigo Reis Ribeiro Bastos (1968-) was born in Ipanema in Rio de Janeiro City where he graduated in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes. Working since then as a lawyer, law professor and coordinator of graduate studies. A Masters in Philosophy of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC / SP) institution that today is also pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy of Law. It is responsible for editing the online magazine of scientific popularization Sapere Aude (www.revistasapereaude.org) and has published several works especially in the areas of epistemology, moral philosophy, philosophy of law, civil law, constitutional and civil procedure. Is also a teacher of Escola Livre de Direito e Filosofia (Free School of Law and Philosophy), in the areas of general theory of law, civil procedural law and philosophy of knowledge
