Rodrigo Alfaro

I was born in Valparaíso, Chile in 1973. I am married and have two daughters. I am an Industrial Engineer and Master in Industrial Engineering by PUCV-Chile. Ph.D. (c) in Computer Engineering at UTFSM-Chile. I work how academician of the PUCV-Chile. In addition, consultant in the development of information technology, competitive strategies based on clusters. In 2010 I founded Analitic, technology company that retrieves and analyzes web texts automatically, using incremental and evolutionary artificial intelligence techniques, and also I am founder of the consulting firm Innovation and Economic Development.
