Rodrigo Guerrero

I am someone that likes to work in team but at the same time someone that appreciate autonomy and the empowerment of the people. I am a guy that has for everything the question “why “. I like to think that I always look for the reasoning or the source to really understand why things are the way they are. I am very perseverant and conscious about what I am looking for. I am also someone that was told that experience is the best teacher and thanks to the hard working example from my parents, since I was 10 I started working as a blue collar worker for 3 years, then I started washing cars and selling fruit for 1 year, then with more knowledge I was able to work in a laboratory, and now I have 1 store, manage 3 other ones, and I am starting a new company, I also did 3 internships in a chocolate company, where I gained knowledge on how is to work in a manufacturer company, and about the chocolate business.

As Benjamin Franklin said “an investment on knowledge pays the best interests” Embracing this, I am studying Finance at the best university in Mexico and Business administration in the Ecole Superiour de Commerce. I did 7 straight summers at Canada in order to know a different cultures and improve my English, and one summer at Nice. Currently I speak Spanish, French, English, and a bit of German. Through all this I have achieved International experience and the ability to relate with people with different customs, language, and beliefs. I learned not to just tolerate differences, but to understand them. Finally throughout these short 21 years, I have learned by people I’ve met, that it is not your responsibility from where you come, but it is your responsibility if you stay like that.
