I am a curious and passionate person, I like new challenges and I am always looking to learn new things. That is the reason why I love technology, because there is always new things, everything changes quicky and it is in constant evolution, and that is why I studied at Universidad Galileo, here in Guatemala, Telecommunications Engineering and a master in Information Technologies in which I graduated with a Cum Laude distinction.

I believe that a persons who knows about different topics is a more complete person, and to achieve something as important as a good business is better to developed some abilities, that is the reason why I searched for the best possible business education, and I am studying the Master of Business Administration with an specialization in marketing at Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala and the Master of Management at Tulane University in New Orleans, USA.

I like to finish what I start, but I do not like to rush the job if the quality of the work is compromised. I always look for professionalism and good presentation in what I do and I prefer to do things better, even if that requires more effort and dedication. This allowed me to grow up inside one of the best and most competitive companies to work in Guatemala, Tigo Guatemala, in which I get to be a team leader, having in my team 10 telecommunication professionals, at the age of 27 years old.

Before doing anything, I make sure to understand every detail of what I am doing. I do not see the work as a task; I prefer to understand how it relates to other things and how important it is, because that motivates me to do it better.

I believe that nobody knows everything, so I am not afraid to ask for something I don’t understand, and I won’t be quiet until I know every detail. I do not like the answers: “This is how it is”, or “That is how it works”. I will try to analyze things logically.

I am convinced with facts and not assumptions. I like the discussion and the constructive criticism, because that is the way to grow professionally and personally.

I am an idealist and I stick to my personal values and principles. My biggest dream is to help my country in building better opportunities for other people.

Since Little I wanted to be independent economically, because I like that everything I want depends on me, and thank to the work and perseverance I manage to be independent economically early in my 20’s, that allowed me to do somethin
