First of all, I strive everyday to serve my God faithfully. And my daily endeavour is to become a better husband, father and person. At the professional level, for the last 20 years I've been learning, practicing and teaching software engineering at several universities. Currently, I truly believe in the value of Software Craftmanship, Domain-Driven Design, Design Patterns, Agile Principles and Continuous Integration/Delivery methods. Connected to these concepts, I like to read and learn from people I respect like Christopher Alexander, Martin Fowler, Uncle 'Bob' Martin, Vaughn Vernon, Eric Evans among many others. Frequently I like to write posts for my blog, where I have the opportunity to put into words my thoughts and experiences related to tackling complexity in the heart of enterprise software development. I'm one of the founders of Veris SpA, a Software Architecture Firm that provides high level consulting to important companies.
