Working as Agile/Lean Coach for 5 years and within the software industry for over a decade: writing about technology, talking on agile conferences, translating community stuff and building great software.

The most valuable asset of a company lays in its culture, which is the sum of every employees attitudes. In all these years I learned the way to get things done is by coaching, teaching, encouraging and promoting the healthiest possible enterprise culture. Using Lean and Agile principles was the best way I found to accomplish it.

My everyday words are: kaizen, value, leadership, teamwork, synergy, flow, continuous delivery, agile tests, ux, lean startup, lean analytics, kanban, scrum, java, php, nodejs, etc.
