I was born on October 1970 in Campinas, São Paulo State, Brazil. I am married for almost 11 years with Ana Paula, my first and only Love and we have two wonderfull boys and without any doubt I consider our life happy and blessed. I graduated in foreign trade business and started my professional life working at IBM Brazil as import analyst then I had the opportunity to work in great companies like, IVIX, Tese (inside Compaq) Tradeworks (inside Motorola), Flextronics, Valeo, Exel, Buckeye and Fersol. During this time I met incredible people and many of them are still part of my group of friends, but everybody contributed a little bit for my development as professional.The main skills I developed are: Leadership, Project management, Social and Environmental responsability and respect for people in all levels of the organization.• Along my professional career I developed a number of skills such as Leadership / Teamwork / Team Motivation / Presentations / Strategic Planning / Negotiations / Problem-solving Techniques. I am a hands-on professional that likes to be where the action is. Therefore I personally oversee work in all areas I am in charge of. Commitment, initiative and energy complete my profile.• I am a fluent speaker of English and have good knowledge of Spanish. I was offered the opportunity to take a Negotiations Techniques course and a Lean Enterprise training in Memphis, TN where I spent 15 wonderful days.
