Esdras Rodriguez Guzman

My name is Esdras David Rodríguez Guzman. I am 19 years old and I live in Puerto Rico, specifically in the area of the town of Bayamon. Since my childhood I have always been a kind and friendly person. However, since I was a child I always found my love and passion in nature and in animals, hoping one day to become a great wild animal veterinarian.
At the age of 17, I decided to begin the adventure of my great future where I enlisted in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard in order to achieve better study opportunities and to make my family proud that loves me so much. In August 2022, I achieved one of the great steps for my career and that was to enroll in the University of Puerto Rico- Humacao Campus. I belong to the Department of Biology where I am doing a Bachelor of Science with Major in Wild Life Management. It is a fairly broad and diverse baccalaureate that will allow me to know both animal and plant species. I want this stage of my life to be able to expose myself to situations that can help me acquire knowledge completely anew to get step by step to what I so long for, to be a veterinarian.
