Rody Lyon is a Business Administration major with concentrations in Finance and Management at Concordia University. He is currently employed at Jones Bank in Seward Nebraska as a Student-Teller. He has completed an internship with Jones Bank that helped him learn all the aspects and departments of a bank and how it can be run successfully.

He is an eager learner and believes that one should never be content with the amount of knowledge one has. He constantly strives to learn more and use that to his advantage. As well as use that knowledge to motivate others around him. Rody has high aspirations and plans to meet those goals with a combination of hard work, determination, and resourcefulness. One of Rody's important strengths is being able to research and locate necessary information to complete tasks assigned to him.

Having a servant's attitude is something that is particularly important to Rody. He believes God gave him a role in helping people. He will do his best to make sure he is accomplishing that role in any given vocation he is in.
