I'm a southern girl turned city dweller working and cooking my way through this beautiful life one meal at a time. I am a wife of Mr. Sims and mother to one amazingly beautiful toddler. I love my Jesus, am addicted to sweet tea and believes that a little butter never hurt anyone! I am on a quest to make healthy yet delicious meals that working families of 1 or 6 can make.
