Born in Colombia and relocated to Miami in the early eighties. Associate in Arts graduate of Miami-Dade College with an Associate in Science in Legal studies was awarded in 1990. Two years later, I graduated from FIU with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. For the next two years, I worked in a DC based law firm in Miami. By 1994, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to the formation of the first paralegal firm serving specific needs of small law firms. specific focus in the areas of immigration, business acquisition closings and licensing, real estate, among others. By 2002, I started a transition to real estate as my profession by associating myself with the Coral Gables Keyes Co. Only two years later, I completely left the legal field and moved my real estate practice to our Keyes Miami Beach Office. From where I have operated my real estate business since except for a short period. My practice has positioned me in a very unique place which today translates into a vast knowledge in the luxury and traditional residential market, commercial experience in the acquisition and sale of multifamily properties, hospitality acquisition, sales and management, REO sales for Chase, Citibank and WellsFargo, and short sales. In 2009 and for a period of a year or more, I was hired by a Virginia based company to serve as a consultant for a group of bankers, and global conglomerates which needed answers for their investors worldwide. Today, my practice does include my accumulated experience as well as that of my team and colleagues as well as the resources and reputation of the almost century old privately owned brokerages with presence in a vast area in the state of Florida and affiliation to some of the most outstanding global real estate networks, including "The Leading Properties of the world", and RELO.
