Roger Chan

OH HELLO THERE! I'm Roger Chan, a Bay Area native who loves anything and everything design, art and photography. Although I have a BFA degree in Digital Media Art and a BA Degree in Design Studies, Emphasis in Graphic Design from SJSU, I am still finding out what it is I want to do with my degrees. Be a fine artist? Graphic designer in marketing? UI/UX designer? Perhaps America's Next Top Model? (Kidding on the last one). There is so much we can become as artist and designers. I learned you must strive to be successful in this growing field. You need to try new things, gain experience, experiment, and of course learn from your mistakes and failures too. In today’s environment, it is essential for me to be forward-thinking and constantly experimenting with new ideas that can inspire and move people.

I hope to accomplish a lot in life. Ideally become a seasoned senior designer and potentially becoming a creative director of a company one day. Of course while enjoying life, traveling, having fun and just becoming a better person and meeting wonderful people along the way.
