Roger Orberg

Roger’s career has been built around one core passion: developing people and helping organizations grow through their talent. He began in the restaurant industry, where he quickly rose to General Manager—a role that revealed how deeply he enjoyed coaching teams, strengthening operations, and creating environments where people could succeed.

That passion led him into Training and Development, where he spent 15 years continuing to serve the restaurant industry while learning the full craft of people development. From instructional design to facilitation, from leadership training to building operational playbooks, Roger became known for transforming complex business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences.

His success in the field eventually brought him into the corporate world, where he served for 16 years as Vice President of Education and Training for a national financial services company. There, he built enterprise-wide learning strategies, launched platforms that improved performance at scale, and developed leadership pipelines that helped the organization grow and thrive.

Today, he continues to design programs, platforms, and people-development strategies that not only enhance skills but also strengthen culture, engagement, and long-term success.
