Roger Nwatsok is the creator of the Invisible Bleed® Framework, a governance methodology designed to help organizations identify and eliminate hidden operational leakage that silently erodes profitability, resilience, and enterprise value.

Roger is the Founder of ASCENDANTSTRATEGICADVISORS, where he advises organizations on infrastructure intelligence, operational governance, and enterprise value protection. His research integrates principles from risk management, information systems, project governance, and emerging AI-enabled operational technologies.
