Roger Carlier was Born in Bucaramanga, Colombia, where he grew up in a family where LOVE, VALUES, GRATITUDE, AND RESPECT FOR ALL were the greatest gift parents can bequest onto his children. The lack of material possessions became the engine which would motivate him, his siblings to work hard for whatever they each wanted. For Roger, finding who to BE was his most immediate goal, and that he found in Miami. It was here where on June 28th, 1984, he found the MAN he had always been, but this time proud of his differences . Nowhere else but in the United States, and in his case, in Miami , as if my magic one feels home no matter when, how or where one came from. The rest is very likely shared by many who like Roger, found opportunities, accessibility to education, an embracing society whose common goal is wanting to help one another. From his first job in Colombia as a taxi driver to earn the money for his ticket to Miami, he felt blessed when he found his first job as a dishwasher. He immediately enrolled in an English As A Second Language Program, and within a year, he was already taking orders in an Aventura restaurant. Once he completed his Five Levels he received one of his greatest treasure, his English As A Second Language Diploma, from Lindsey Hopkins Educational Center. His passion for knowledge led him to Miami Dade Community College where he earned an AA and AS in Paralegal Studies, all while working full time during the day. In 1992, he graduated from FIU completing his Bachelor's in two years while working. Once he graduated, he started working in various Law Offices, and by 1994, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to a career which began as a sole proprietor, until he incorporated his business in 2005 and dissolved in 2004. He concurrently started his Real Estate Career in 2002 when he chose The Keyes Co. to run his own Real Estate Professional within the structure of a family regional brokerage firm. His dream to earn a living in a career which he was passionate about became a reality. He has been the recipient of various TOP PRODUCER AWARDS , as well as national recognition awards. His career has now placed him as one of Miami Beach's Luxury Realtor Leading professionals.
