Roger Garcia
Roger I. Garcia is currently at Scotiabank (International Banking) developing digital, social media solutions, process, and policy tailored to meet the unique needs of international markets as well as providing support to branch operations, retail and small business product areas, services and distribution channels.
Roger has a passion for linking strategy with customer experience design and communications, championing the customer point of view while supporting business objectives. Roger has been a strong source of insight in digital marketing initiatives and has spearheaded several online program for the international branch of Scotiabank, including young adult segment strategy. Roger has developed marketing programs at the national and international levels and has executed marketing campaigns in over 20 countries in the Caribbean and Central America.
Outside of work, Roger is actively involved in community support such as United Way, JDRF and Habitat for Humanity, and has volunteered to mentor youth at local community centres. Roger is also actively involved in community sports either playing or coaching micro soccer house league helping develop the future stars of our country.
