Prior to forming The Lipson Group in 2002, Roger led the Measurement and Assessment practice as a partner at Kenexa with responsibility for all pre-employment selection and employee engagement work. As an executive vice president at The Gallup Organization, where he worked from 1984 to 1999, Roger contributed to Gallup’s highly regarded Strengths Finder© assessment and Q12© Employee Engagement Survey.
Roger earned his doctorate at the University of Southern California, where he completed studies on the Big 5 Personality Model. His clients include The Walt Disney Company, TDAmeritrade, and Teach for America, and he is a dynamic speaker and presenter at business events around the globe.
