I'm a proud Alumnus of Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Communications. I'm a second generation American from El Salvador. I was born and grew up in the greater Los Angeles area. I'm passionate about education, excellence and equity. I'm currently an Academic Advisor at Century College. Previouly I was the Testing Coordinator, LGBTQ Safe Space Facilitator, Queer Students Advocacy Group Advisor and Students of Color Alliance Co-Chair at UMPQUA Community College.
