Later, Roger Stanmore created Urgent MedCare Inc., a firm that provided out care and urgent care services to people of Huntsville.

After selling Urgent MedCare, Roger Stanmore continued to work in medical services, creating Americare Supply, the Stanmore Consortium, Inc. and Resorts, Ltd. Likely one of Roger Stanmore's favorite endeavors, Resorts is a hotel holding company credited for developing properties in dozens of states. He has another holding company, Hospitality Group, LLC, which is behind the development of countless properties, including retail outlets, restaurants, office buildings.
