Roger Bishop
Clare Ireland
I was born in the Kent coastal town of Folkestone in the UK, too many years ago now to want to be specific on the actual date. I have lived and loved, and occasionally done a little work, in various countries around the world since then.
I was either too busy getting married, and trying to raise well adjusted children, or fighting to keep the proverbial wolf from the door, to do what I really wanted to do. Which was write.
It is only now that I finally got around to doing it. Therefore the moral is obvious here, if you want to be a writer, stay single and celibate.
Seriously though, finding the time to write that book, that many of us feel we have inside us, is a very difficult thing to do. The demands made upon our time, by the day to day necessity of just surviving, often prevents us from even starting it.
I have lived here in Ireland for the last twelve years. First in the beautiful County of Tipperary, and then for two years in Wexford, which has the added attraction of being coastal. Tipperary, not only being a long way, is also landlocked. I have been here in the West of Ireland for two years now and I am loving it.,
My latest novel entitled "Uholy Orders" was published on October 1st 2013. I was inspired to write it, as a result of the number of years I spent, as an employee of the Corporation of the Church House Westminster London
Anyone expecting it to be just another religious tome, is in for a shock. All the characters depicted within its pages actually existed, and the events really happened. You have the word of a reformed hedonist on that.
