Roger is CEO and Founder of Warehouse Company Holdings, a Family of Companies that was created to provide convenience and professional services under one roof to include but not limited to Property Warehouses of America, Insurance Warehouses of America, Title Warehouses of America and Lending Warehouses of America.

Roger's 50 years of combined experience in Insurance, Real Estate, Lending and Title Services allow him to provide his customers with quality service and expertise.

In addition to membership of the MLS, ORRA, Tampa, Lake and Osceola County Board of Realtors, has also taught and trained classes on real estate and mortgage practices as well as Down Payment Assistance programs to first-time homebuyers.

Roger is a long time resident of Central Florida and is married with two children. He understands the struggles families face in today's economy. His experience and expertise allow him to help families make smart financial choices regarding home ownership.
