In the Western world we've let our health get away from us. A staggering amount of people never cook their own food. They leave the production of one of their most basic, fundamental needs to others; people and companies who use money, power and connections to sell you "food" at the highest possible profit without care or concern for what that food is really doing to you.

I used to be one of those people.

But I finally reached a point where I was sick of feeling tired, cranky, and sluggish all the time. So on October 19, 2012 I decided to take ownership of my health and switched to a whole foods plant-based diet. Everything I do now is for my health and my body.

Wild game is organic, anti-biotic and hormone free, grass-fed, and extremely lean. It is untouched by modern practices and processes. So about 6 month after I became vegan I began adding wild game into my diet.

I call myself a wild game vegan.
