Rogier van Schaijk

Hello, my name is Rogier and I am a webdeveloper. During the day I work full-time at a small internet company and in the evening I create websites and the occasional webapplication as a freelancer.

My favourite weapon of choice when I am working is CodeIgniter which is a great php framework for developing webapps. It helps me to develop fast and write clean code. Normally I hire a webdesigner to design a website, but for clients with a really low budget I occasionally make an exception to design a simple website myself.

I was lucky to have been born in an artistic family. My dad always had a company in the printmedia sector, and my mom is an gifted sculptor and painter. My brothers and me know that our parents creativity rubbed off on us, because we al play one or more instruments and do our share of drawing and painting. My passion is photography which gives me great pleasure. My main interest are nature and difficult light situation like concert and evening photography.
