Hello, I’m Roham Hosseini.

My journey into the professional world began under the stars—I actually started out teaching astronomy. Guiding students through the cosmos taught me patience, curiosity and the thrill of discovery. Those early days in the classroom forged my passion for turning complex ideas into stories people remember.

After leaving academia, I dove headfirst into sales and marketing at Pumpiran. Starting as a Sales & Marketing Officer and growing into Head of Sales & Marketing, I learned how to build relationships, craft messages that resonate, and lead teams through change. Along the way, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Tehran. Hungry to deepen my global perspective, I went on to complete a Master’s in International Business at Monash University—where I also served as General Representative on the Postgraduate Association Executive Committee. Balancing board meetings with exams reinforced my conviction that leadership is about service, not status.

In 2019, I joined DiGiCOR, an Australian ICT infrastructure specialist, as an Internal Sales Assistant. Pretty quickly, I found myself steering our marketing ship as Marketing Manager. My mission: modernize our approach end to end. I designed a phased roadmap to implement Adobe Marketo Engage, and together we:

- Scaled lead generation by 80×
- Raised our win rate from 34% to 43%, even through the toughest pandemic months
- Cut campaign build time from three days down to just four hours
- Seamlessly connected Marketo with NetSuite to keep data flowing flawlessly

Believing every manual handoff is a missed opportunity, I championed a RevOps-driven tech stack expansion with Vertify. By deploying no-code connectors across our CRM, ERP and web storefront, we reduced touchpoints, accelerated lead handoff to sales, and solidified our CRM as the single source of truth—freeing our team to focus on strategy and growth.

Today, I’m still driven by the same spark that led me to teach astronomy: the joy of revealing what’s possible. Whether I’m optimizing marketing automation, brainstorming go-to-market strategies or mentoring colleagues, my goal is always to bridge technology and human connection. Let’s explore what’s next together.
