Since the age of 13, now 21, Rohim has made in-kind contributions estimated to be around £100,000 providing an encouraging environment for 4000 (so far... ) young people and reaching out to over 14,000 people across 5 countries to create change from within. Based on his extensive work with young people and the wider community he has developed best practice models and has influenced some of the largest organisations in the youth and community sector. Rohim was also part of Greets Green New Deal for Communities Program at the age of 16 and influenced the expenditure of £56m.

He is the Founder of ETC: Extra Thinking Capacity, an international social enterprise that has 4 strands of simplicity; offering recognised accredited Training and Seminars through the ETC Academy, writing Research and producing Evaluation and Impact reports, uses his membership with Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs to offer Business Mentoring and lastly, offering a Mediation service.

He is passionate about working with people who live ‘real lives’ and continues to work influentially with young people to help them realise their full potential and find their inner talents. The aim for ETC is “Helping young people to create independent and sustainable lifelong opportunities” whilst growing his litigation work through a number of firms.

A personal project of Rohim's currently in development is the setting up of a charity to support the growing number of orphans across the world
