Ex-Military officer with a strong technology background and unique battlefield leadership experience. 22+ years' experience in management & leadership roles in a wide spectrum of environment and geographies. Fortunate that the army accorded me the opportunity of gaining hands-on leadership experience from the very beginning and which continues till date. Some of the most powerful lessons I learnt along the way were how to work as part of a team; organizational skills; good communication skills; defining a goal and motivating others to follow it; a highly-developed sense of ethics; and calmness under pressure. The military teaches honesty, integrity and "doing the right thing". These value systems guide your daily actions and decisions. I beleive that it is not just winning that matters; IT IS HOW YOU WIN.

Having realigned the leadership and management experience of the armed forces to corporate requirements at Indian School of Business (ISB), endeavor to become an effective global leader.
