Rohit Patil

I was brought up in a middle class Maharashtrian family. Ever since my childhood I spent most of my time living with my grandmother. She taught me to be environmentally conscious. My political views are left of center. I am jovial with a good sense of humour. These qualities also help me to blend with new people easily. I am practical about life and think logically but I am also a dreamer. I am a slow writer and I make spelling mistakes at times, even though I like writing (mostly fiction). I have faced many failures in my life but I am constantly driven by a 'never give up' attitude, I think this is the only thing that motivates me to hold me through pressure situations. For what I believe, today, blaming a system for its disfunctionality is not an option left to us. We need to be a part of a system to bring up a change. I have a penchant for food and sometimes this passion extends to cooking too.
