Rohit Lalwani

15+ years of work experience across corporate, leading a family business, successfully failing at 2 start-ups and now contributing to building a Design University. I have had the opportunity to experience various organisational structures and domains, which has assisted in building a versatile experience and outlook.

I also lead Avantika University as its Director for Industry relations. We engage with corporate, design leaders and start-ups through multiple brand touchpoints including a Podcast show, a Digital Magazine, a fun roasting & failures sharing show and numerous speaking engagement activities. I also like to teach marketing & entrepreneurship and spend some time regularly coaching students or corporate with my experience.

I build or contribute to doing a passion project every year. The latest one is ListWebinars, which is an online directory & distribution platform for Webinars. Before that, we built VETO: an engaging card-based game to develop conceptual knowledge & critical thinking skills.

I contribute my entrepreneurial experience in mentoring a few enterprises, among which are WittyPen: a technology platform to create content at scale and incubatees of Unltd India. I also consult the Villgro Innovation Foundation on Marketing communication for their Bionest program in collaboration with Mazumdar Shaw Medical Foundation, Narayana Health supported by BIRAC, Government of India.
