Hi, I’m Rohit Bhatte, a digital marketing professional with over a decade of experience in performance marketing and paid media. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager – Paid Social at Brainlabs, where I lead biddable media operations across India and the UK.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands across diverse industries including finance, real estate, skincare, and pet food—managing campaigns with budgets exceeding $5 million. Along with mentoring managers and executives, I focus on ensuring seamless campaign execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.

I’m passionate about building audience-first strategies, driving process improvements, and implementing detailed RCAs and SOPs to minimize errors and maximize results. My mission is to empower brands with data-driven insights while fostering strong, collaborative client partnerships.
