I am Rohit Singh, a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where I lead the Retail franchise for the Americas. For more than 25 years I have advised companies across apparel, footwear, luxury, specialty retail and e-commerce on strategic and capital markets matters. I partner with management teams and boards on merger and acquisition and capital market transactions, and my clients have included Abercrombie & Fitch, Birkenstock, Nordstrom, ON Running, Revolve, SKIMS, Tapestry and Tory Burch.
