I’m Rohit Singh, a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where I lead the Retail (Americas) franchise. With more than 25 years of experience, I advise companies across apparel, luxury, footwear, specialty retail, and e-commerce on strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with executive teams and boards to navigate complex business decisions and long-term planning. Prior to Morgan Stanley, I held leadership positions at UBS, J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns, Gryphon Investors, and Citi.
