I have been working in Real Estate for seven years.

I live in the Parkland area. I think that the most important factor to working in the real estate business is to have a good relation with your customer and to always be honest, and up front about things. Also, I try to help every customer in the best way possible giving them advice on how to get a good loan, how to improve his/her credit score, and to show them the benefits of buying a house.

Nowdays I am working with many international buyers, and I have the ability to get for them the best deals with foreclosures. Also I help sellers who are in upside down in their mortgage to do short sales.
