I knew exactly what to eat and how to exerciseto get rid of more than a hundred pounds of excessive weight - yet I remained aprisoner of my own overeating habits for more than a decade.

My weight loss struggles dragged on and on-until I finally dedicated my life to understanding the psychology behind our eatinghabits.

Because lifelong habits are not just the onlything that can help us put that extra weight off - they are the only thing thatcan actually keep that weigh off in the long run.

So today, I don't do weight loss diets and exerciseprograms...instead I teach people how to get rid of their bad eating habits andstart build better ones...without losing their mind in the process.

I firmly believe anyone who's looking tolose some weight, should stop chasing their weight loss goals - and focus onslowly, but steadily changing their lifestyles instead...until they buildenough lifelong habits to put their weight management on autopilot.
