Aside from my commercial work I remain committed to working on personal bodies of work. These can be very short one day excursions through to some which have been developed over a number of years. The real rewards are in the images we get the opportunity to create. I was reminded of this when once after taking a shot of a rodeo cowboy who unfortunately died a week later in a car crash – that simple photo has become so valuable to that family it is humbling.
