Roland Gonzalez

I’m Roland Gonzalez, a Seattle-based Home Advisor, Designer, and Project Manager with a lifelong connection to homes, construction, and design.

I started painting and working in construction when I was 12 years old. I later studied architecture and interior design before earning a business degree. Much of my professional career was spent as a consultant helping businesses across different industries improve, adapt, and rethink how they operated. In 2015, I decided to return to my roots and focus on working with homeowners.

Today, I bring those experiences together in the way I approach residential projects. I’m interested in the whole home, not just the project that happens to be next on the list. That means considering how design, remodeling, inspections, preventative maintenance, and future improvements can work together over time.

I’m also passionate about home design and community development. I believe thoughtful planning can make homes more functional for the people who live in them and contribute to stronger communities.
