In addition to his monetary donations, Roland Bleyer has implemented a means to support the construction of hospitals and schools in areas of great need. He also funded a scientific research team that was among the first to successfully clone dermal papilla cells in rats.

Today, Roland Bleyer resides in Sydney, Australia, with his partner of more than 10 years. He enjoys snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and collecting cars.
