Chris Roland

Chris was born, lives, and one day will move on. Its been a good life so far! In between all this beautiful activity, he is a filmmaker living and working in South Africa. Chris owns ZenHQ Films, a leading film & TV production company, and My Movies Sales & Distribution, and has been involved in a wide range of productions as a producer, writer, director and consultant on projects including DIAS SANTANA, DIE WINDPOMP, BORDERING ON BAD BEHAVIOR, CLIFTON SHORES, DARFUR, OUR HOUSE, STANDER, HOTEL RWANDA and CHARLIE JADE, as well as numerous commercials, music videos, and non-fiction TV programs. Chris is also a sought after international guest speaker, motivational speaker, and lecturer, for both groups and individuals. Chris has been Board Chairman for the Mylife Foundation, a non-profit charity aimed at supporting at risk youth in South Africa, and is the founder of the Lionel Ngkane Scholarship Fund.
