He began his career as a manager at East Asia Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd., progressing through various leadership roles. Roland Michael is the founder and visionary behind Roland Construction Inc. He took a bold step by leaving his hometown to become a Project Engineer. Shortly afterward, he launched a small construction business in California, working out of the back of his pickup truck.
