Rolando Cuellar

In 1996, Rolando Cuellar began his journey in the music industry as part of Houston’s first male Latin pop/freestyle boy band, Phaze 3!. His group opened up for several mayor artists and in the summer of 2003, he transitioned his role from recording artist to music executive with Houston’s first Latino teen rapper Baby Jay. And also received the opportunity to complete his music business internship with Destiny Childs &Beyoncé’s former artist management company! His innovation with utilizing hip-hop/rap music to inspire and impact young lives has been featured on a top billboard book including several media publications and was invited for a special speaking engagement to college students per the Grammys request. In 2007, Rolando in partnership with Baby Jay produced the first of a kind “Perfect Attendance Concert"™ in the country to help increase student attendance for district wide initiative! Along with his passion of utilizing music to impact lives, he also makes a difference as a licensed physical therapists assistant and currently works primarily with special needs kids.
