Roland Pugh is a Corporate Communications Director for a non profit in Brooklyn. Roland started his communications journey in 2007 after leaving a 10 year career in finance. Following his passion for photography and visual storytelling, Roland started working on various local and international freelance projects and even had a brief stint working at Apple 5th Ave. Roland returned to school in Fall of 2010 to pursue his masters degree at New York University within the School of Professional Studies. Today Roland holds an MA in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University with a BS in Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va. As a visual storyteller his assignments have taken him to Ghana, Togo, South Sudan, Israel, Singapore, Jakarta, Peru, Guatemala & Australia. A native New Yorker currently residing in Queens with his wife and daughter.
