I'm Roland Sanchez-Medina, a Miami-based attorney with a passion for law, community service, and mentorship. I was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, education, and cultural pride. My journey in law began at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, followed by degrees from the University of Miami, Boston College Law School, and NYU School of Law. I started my career at Holland & Knight and later became a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. Today, I’m a partner at SMGQ Law, where I focus on corporate transactions and cross-border legal matters. I’ve also served as Chair of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and am a proud member of the Orange Bowl Committee. My work is grounded in ethics, preparation, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Whether I’m guiding clients or mentoring young lawyers, I believe in consistency, clarity, and always doing the right thing.
