I’m the Founder and President of Sunview Lending, a mortgage firm built on over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential financing, real estate investing, and strategic marketing. Our company specializes in residential loans, DSCR financing, multi-unit investments, and tailored solutions for homeowners, investors, and businesses across multiple states.

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of families secure financing and guided countless real estate transactions, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. But my focus isn’t just on closing loans. It’s on building systems that elevate the client experience and help other mortgage professionals grow.

I am the creator and architect of a NEW proprietary AI-powered CRM and dialer system specifically for the mortgage industry. It integrates intelligent outreach, lead scoring, marketing automation, and sales tracking to streamline how loan officers connect, convert, and close. Built by someone who’s worked every angle of the business, this platform is designed for real-world performance and long-term scalability.

In addition to running Sunview Lending, I’m a licensed real estate agent and active investor. I bring a strategic mindset to every deal, whether I’m negotiating for a client, structuring a commercial acquisition, or maximizing value in a residential transaction.

Community leadership plays a major role in my life. I serve as President of the Sherman Oaks Villas Homeowners Association, where I focus on protecting property values, ensuring smooth operations, and advocating for residents. I also volunteer as an assistant coach for the Sherman Oaks Little League Dodgers, where I’ve had the privilege of mentoring my 7-year-old son, Koji, and his teammates.

For more than a decade, I’ve supported Helping Hands Giving Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals facing homelessness, hunger, and hardship across the Los Angeles area. Contributing to the community is something I value deeply.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, relaxing at the beach, and staying loyal to both Los Angeles and Cleveland sports teams. Most importantly, I’m a dedicated husband and proud father of three amazing boys. Family is everything to me, and it fuels the way I lead, build, and serve—both in business and in life.
