Lisa Romaine Washington, M.Ed

I was born and raised in the United States of America. I am a mother of three children. I have two daughters and a son. I live in Harford County, Maryland. I attended Baltimore City Community College where I received an Associates Degree in General Studies. From there, I attended Coppin State College where I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. Later, I pursued a Masters of Education in Special Education at Coppin State University, and a Masters of Education from Loyola University in Maryland. Presently, I am pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Morgan State University. My professional background is in education. I have been a Baltimore City Public School teacher since 1995, and an Adjunct College Professor for Baltimore City Community College since 2005. Public service in the education of students is my professional passion. I believe that all students can learn and evolve into productive members of society.
