Roman Miller

Hi, My name is Roman Miller and I am a training consultant by profession. I was born in New York. Training and Management was always my passion. So, I did my graduation in Business and Management from SUNY Polythetnic institute, College of Business Management in 2014. I did internship as Market Management Trainee in the Vasil CPA Firm. After a year, I joined them as a training consultant. It was a very learning experience for me. I worked there for a year and then was hired by the Ferguson Consulting Inc as a training consultant.

My duty is to create innovative strategies to create learning experience for the employees which are inline with the best industry trends. My approach is to improve the organizational culture by indulging the components of hardwork, leadership and team work .
