I am an Organizational Psychologist specializing in Management Development and Human Resources Strategy with experience in Retail, Banking, Engineering and the Communication Industries in the USA and Pakistan.

My consulting portfolio consists of performance management, organizational assessment and change, creativity and innovation, employee selection and promotion, organizational strategy, program evaluation and statistical methodology.

Of particular interest to me is research in problem solving and decision making, creativity and innovation, leadership, organizational motivation and effectiveness.

I love imparting learning and have taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, business strategy, organizational behavior and management.
