Roman was born and raised in the Evergreen area of San Jose, Ca where he received several academic and athletic accolades throughout his teenage years. Roman would go on to accept a scholarship to be one of the the first East Indian-American NCAA Athletes to play Collegiate Basketball at San Francisco State University. He would also earn his BS in Marketing-but business-and the subject of real estate transactions does not come new to Roman.

He was fortunate enough to have a father who became on of the first Franchisees in the Bay Area in 1991. Roman has grown up in his fathers shops and has helped negotiate and review various diverse deals with his father since his early teens.

Roman now looks forward to working with clients and bringing his unique skill-sets and charismatic personality to give back, and protect those who may not have the time or energy to protect themselves through the California Real Estate process with highest integrity. All to ensure his clients get the most value in their deals. All while assuring fully optimized risk management- for the smoothest deals possible.
