Romell Sapp brings over 10 years of human resource experience to Beyond the Books HR, LLC. As a consultant, Romell is responsible for many facets of Human Resources including but not limited to recruiting and member engagement. The essentials skills include building good relationships with clientele, retaining employees (coaching), industrial personnel services for external customers, and superb organization skills.

Romell obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Morgan State University in Business Management in 2008, where we also joined Kappa Alpha Psi. In 2014, Romell obtained his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration of Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
