Romeo Aberin
Artist and Visual Development Student in San Francisco, California
Based in San Francisco, California, Romeo Aberin is a visual development student at the Academy of Art University, where he is pursuing a bachelor of fine arts. Also involved with nonprofits, he has contributed art to the American Heart Association, which the organization used to promote events, and he painted a mural for St. Joachim School encouraging children to express emotions. Romeo Aberin hopes to secure a job at one of Disney’s many exciting companies after he graduates.
Prior to enrolling at the Academy of Art University, Romeo Aberin served many years as a member of the United States Army Reserve, achieving the rank of sergeant. He also served as a sergeant for US Protect/FEMA in San Francisco, where he focused on asset protection in order to maintain the safety of FEMA personnel.
In his free time, Mr. Aberin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and regularly takes them on vacations to immerse them in other cultures. He also plays the drums and explores different styles of art.
