Leyre Romero

I hold a degree in Journalism from one of the Spanish tops universities, Complutense University in Madrid. Related with this field, I have a broad professional experience in different media such as radio, television, printed media, communication department, social media and news agency.

In addition to my Bachelor Degree, I studied a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Development and NGODs Management at the University of Granada, Spain. In order to complete my Master’s I have worked for more than two years in international NGODs.

I am an avid researcher devoting great attention to detail when reporting on complicated and/or delicate issues. Friendly, hard-worker and responsible. I am able to work under supervision and pressure. I enjoy facing new challenges because I have strong problem-solving capacity.

I am flexible in approach to different cultures based on my experience in Spain, Peru and Cambodia.
