Until recently campaign manager & director of strategy for the National Program for Healthy & Active Living (Ministry of Health); campaign co-manager & strategist for the National Road Safety Authority (Ministry of Transportation); and the National Transplant Center in Israel. Lecturer of Nation Branding & Communication Strategy at the School of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy and School of Communications; Social & Political Marketing at the School of Business Administration and School of Economics; Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

Formerly the director of the strategic research & planning departments at Gitam/BBDO and Fogel-Levine/O&M advertising agencies. Owner of Hassman Marketing Strategies. Research fellow at the School of Government & Policy, faculty of Social Sciences, Tel-Aviv University. Coordinator of advertising studies at the Tel Aviv College of Management, and business administration studies at the School of Tourism (Ministry of Tourism). Secretary of the International Advertising Association Israel chapter. Published articles in field of experience and hosted a radio talk-show on the topic of marketing.

Received BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (cum laude) School of Economics, and MBA from School of Business Administration.
